Policies

1. Booking Appointments
   • Use booking site/ text/ dm/ call to make an appointment
   • a deposit of $30 needs to be sent to temptstudiolashes@gmail.com to secure your appointment.
   • Deposits are non-refundable but will be transferred toward the cost of your appointment. 

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
   • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
   • Cancellations made under 24 hours notice will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. 
   • No shows will be required to pay 50% of the service fee. 

3. Late Arrivals
   • Once you’ve arrived to your appointment please text or dm me so I can confirm for when you can come to the door as I might still be with another client.
   • If you arrive late to your appointment you will be shortening resulting in less time to apply lashes.

4. Arrival and Waiting Policy
   • Once you’ve arrived to your appointment please text or dm me so I can confirm for when you can come to the door as I might still be with another client.
   • Clients without vehicles must confirm your pick up time for prompt pick up when the service ends. 

5. Payment and refunds
   • Payments may be made by etransfer to tempstudiolashes@gmail.com or pay by cash. 
   • No refunds will be provided for any completed services however if you experience excessive lash fall out in the first 48 hours please contact me for a free touch up. 

6. Health and Safety
   • Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes (no makeup, falsie glue, mascara,etc).
   • If you are sick please make sure to contact me to reschedule your appointment to protect the health of others.
   • Patch tests are available to clients with allergies/sensitivities.
   • I have 2 friendly dogs so please let me know if you have any allergies to pets.
